Perfect, we are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team!Our Merchandiser will drive multiple omnichannel businesses to successfully deliver, by utilizing historical financial data, and market trend analyses to identify key assortment opportunities. At SP you will get the opportunity to take ownership of your work and collaborate with an amazing team.THIS IS WHAT A DAY AT WORK MAY BE LIKE...Develop assortment plans in line with strategic goals to allocate needs based on demand.Identify geographic and market trends using statistical analysis, media publications, market visits, competitors, and product reviews with the field team.Compile and analyze product performance data identifying missed opportunities.Review weekly performance by style, category, etc. with Buyer, Planner, and Allocation Manager against LY and plan.Create and maintain size profiles by store.Optimize inventory levels by monitoring sales and sizing trends.ABOUT YOU...Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Merchandising, Design, Finance/Economics, Fashion Retail Management, or applicable retail experience is required.Intermediate Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, charts, and graphs; an advanced understanding of retail math.Experience within the retail fashion industry or knowledge of the sports environment.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM SPA sense of belonging - A dynamic team, high energy, and humility.A sense of purpose - We grow on ideas!A sense of impact - We are growing, come grow with us!A sense of fun - WE RUN.
