- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in marketing/media, sales, business
development, or consulting or 8 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience in customer or stakeholder management. Preferred
- 2 years of experience leading, developing, and mentoring
business teams to deliver results.
- Experience in problem solving, demonstrating curiosity and a
creative mind-set for challenges and finding new ways to approach
- Experience with multi-stakeholder engagement, including
executive or c-level customers.
- Experience in complex program management, partnering and
influencing internal and external cross-functional teams.

lead and coach teams that use consultative business skills to
understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions.
You will work with the Sales Leadership team to set goals and run
the day-to-day operations for the business. Additionally, you will
help teams deliver on goals and partner directly with customers to
exceed business and growth goals across markets and verticals. Our
Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's
biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that
build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the
massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile
and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how
companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise
clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video
and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their
