Job Description:

We are working with a very successful Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice that is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work part-time in their Modesto clinic. You ll be joining a thriving group to help it grow while creating your own path forward. PM&R is a satisfying subspecialty where you get daily affirmations from patients visibly getting better!

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient practice focused on musculoskeletal and spine medicine
• General Rehab and Workers Compensation patient base with training provided

Clinical Duties

• Patient evaluation and education
• Developing treatment plans and making ongoing adjustments
• Diagnostics
• Performing Procedures a plus

• Medication management: pain medications, anti-inflammatories, or muscle relaxants as appropriate
• Follow-ups: Monitoring patient progress, making referrals when needed, and educating patients on preventive care and rehab strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed in California
• Background in MSK, ortho, or PM&R helpful, but new grads considered
• Excellent communicator who can build relationships with patients, case managers, and referral sources
• Flexible, eager to learn, and committed to quality care
