X-Ray Tech Location: Greenbrae, CA Agency: United Health Care Staffing Pay: $2,600 to $2,850 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: X-Ray Technologist (Radiologic Technologist) Location: Greenbrae, CA Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift | 10-hour shifts, 4 days/week Pay Rate: $2,600 – $2,850 per week Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in Greenbrae, CA. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures as ordered by physicians Prepare and position patients to obtain accurate and high-quality images Operate radiographic equipment while following radiation safety protocols Ensure proper shielding and protection for patients and staff Evaluate images for clarity and diagnostic quality Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/PACS systems Assist physicians during imaging procedures as needed Follow infection control and safety standards Maintain and troubleshoot radiology equipment when necessary Requirements: Active ARRT (R) certification required Valid California Radiologic Technologist license required Minimum 2 years of X-Ray Tech experience Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Strong knowledge of radiographic imaging and radiation safety Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
