an experienced RN or LVN Memory Care Director in Campbell, CA for

in memory care, senior living, SNF, home health, or hospice Strong
leadership and team management experience required RN or LVN
license preferred but not required Experience supervising
caregivers and managing performance Ability to operate
independently and take ownership of the department Strong

emotional intelligence and ability to work in a dementia care
environment Ability to quickly step into a leadership role with
minimal ramp-up time Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a
20-unit memory care program Lead, coach, and develop caregiving
staff and support team members Manage staffing, scheduling, and
on-call responsibilities as needed Provide ongoing training and
performance management for caregivers Partner with families to
ensure strong communication and satisfaction Collaborate with
executive leadership and clinical teams across the community Ensure
compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols Monitor
care delivery and address quality or performance concerns
