active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This contract opportunity
involves providing one-on-one physical therapy services to a middle
school student with a traumatic brain injury. The role is based in
Oakland, CA, with services provided approximately 1-2 hours per
month during the school year (CSY). Key Responsibilities: - Deliver
individualized physical therapy to support the students mobility
and rehabilitation goals - Collaborate with school staff and family
members to track progress and adjust therapy plans as needed -
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and
healthcare standards Qualifications: - Licensed Physical Therapist
(PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with experience in
pediatric or school-based therapy - Knowledge of interventions
specific to traumatic brain injury recovery preferred - Strong
communication skills for effective collaboration with educators,
parents, and healthcare professionals Location: - Middle school
