Pay: $890 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours
Contract Duration: 19 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position
Duties/Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Accuracy in communications
is critical to ensure timely, correct care is provided.
Periodically serve as clinician-of-the-day by being available
on-call during scheduled workdays for patient emergencies. Apply
advanced specialty knowledge, clinical skills, and expertise to
assess patients and develop a list of actual and potential
needs/diagnoses. Gather health history of patients through
interviews with the patient and/or family members. Apply advanced
knowledge, skills, and expertise in planning and implementation of
patient care. Maintain patient documentation in a prompt and
comprehensive manner. Ensure patient calls are returned and
follow-ups for referrals are handled promptly. Provide outstanding
behavioral healthcare for clients of all ages by collaborating with
primary health care providers, specialists, psychiatrists,
dependency programs, and other healthcare professionals. For
