License / Certification: Occupational Therapy Assistant: Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR
HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required Occupational Therapist
Assistant (OTA): Required Shift Notes: Days. 8 Hours X 5 Days.
