OB/GYN Hospitalist University Medical Partners | Stanford Medicine Mountain View, CA University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a full time BC/BE OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our practice in Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA. Position Details: - Seven (7) 24-hour shifts per month; flexibility with schedule - OB/GYN Hospitalist will be covering for eleven (11) Obstetricians - OB/GYN Hospitalist will see an average of three (3) deliveries per 24-hour shift at El Camino Hospital - Back up always available by UMP Obstetricians and OB Hospitalist Group (on-site) - Responsibilities will also include rounding on all inpatients (port partum, antepartum); Approximately 5-10 inpatients daily, on average - The OB/GYN hospitalists may cover emergency gynecology cases as needed for LOWMG patients who appear in the ER - El Camino Hospital has a Level 3 NICU, 24-hour dedicated Anesthesiologist to L&D, 24-hour Neonatologist, and 24-hour Pediatric Hospitalist Why practice with us? - Total Full-time compensation package includes: - - 2-year base salary guarantee with total annual compensation of $335,510 (for 1.0 FTE) - Residency Stipend $1,000 per month (up to12 months) - Up to 10% annual performance incentives - Sign-on Bonus - Relocation Bonus - Robust benefits package - - Annual 401k Safe Harbor and Profit-Sharing contributions - CME allowance - Multiple health plan options including $0 premium option for self and family - Dental, Vision, Short-term disability, Long-term disability, Life Insurance - Full malpractice coverage includes Prior Acts coverage, if applicable - Monthly gym membership and cell phone reimbursement - Physician-led, physician-managed multispecialty Medical Group - Partner with Stanford University School of Medicine Faculty - EPIC Electronic Medical Records About UMP: University Medical Partners is a California professional corporation owned and led by physicians and other healthcare practitioners.
