Salary range: $310,439 to $320,040 Practice as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician at The Permanente Medical Group and choose a 4- or 5-day schedule with dedicated panel management time and virtual care career opportunities. Exciting incentives are available throughout Northern California. - We offer positions with a flexible base schedule of 4-days a week and pro-rated compensation. - Opportunities for virtual care. - Schedules include dedicated panel management time to use for inbox, phone calls, etc. - Specific schedules will consider site need and physician preference. - Reduced schedules (with pro-rated compensation) may be available. - Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay. - Reduced schedules (with pro-rated compensation) may be available.
