Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Contract Details: $90-95 an hour
13-week contract with possibility of extension Will provide care
within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards

Requirements: Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
BLS DEA Experience: 1 year of recent relevant experience Board
Certified/ Board Eligible Ability to effectively communicate with
patients, families, and facility personnel Supplemental Health Care
will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal
histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of
applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco
Ordinance 131192, Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los
Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the
