  • 2 years of experience managing a team of analysts, data scientists, or product analysts.Preferred qualifications:

    • 6 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role.About the jobNetSoft's mission is to enable agile planning, optimized design, and rapid deployment cycle times for Google production networks.The team works on a varied set of business-critical software systems ranging from developing Network Risk assessments, Failure modeling, and Network-Demand generation systems. The areas of Risk and Forecasting require experienced scientists with deep industry experience, providing thought leadership and strategic thinking.Network Risk measurement is a critical area filled with deep problems essential for measuring and baselining product requirements from both internal and external perspectives.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $248,000-$349,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Individual pay within the range is influenced by work location, skills, experience, and education.       • Collaborate with stakeholders across projects and teams to identify and clarify business or product questions. Provide feedback to translate and refine questions into analysis, metrics, or models.
      • Design and evaluate models to mathematically express and solve defined problems, utilizing specialized knowledge and existing data infrastructure.
      • Gather information on business goals, priorities, and organizational context, along with data infrastructure details.
      • Own data collection, extraction, and compilation using tools like SQL, R, Python.
