If you have a passion for solving problems, deeply understanding your customers, leading cross-disciplinary teams, and drastically improving the lives of millions, a Product Management role at Intuit is a perfect fit for you.As a Senior Product Manager for Info Gathering, you will drive the strategy and roadmap for data acquisition and management capabilities for our suite of Quickbooks Live Bookkeeping product offerings within our Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) organization. Responsibilities

• Drive discovery and problem definition to identify the largest needs across all QB Live target customers and offerings, leveraging data analysis and qualitative customer interviews.
• Build business cases with opportunity sizing, north star metrics, and KPIs.
• Contribute to the product strategy for info gathering, translating it into a prioritized roadmap and executing on it, working closely with designers, engineers, and analysts in a collaborative environment that you will lead.
• Partner with QB Live offering teams to understand and document the problems/needs of their customers, determine where requirements across offerings align/differ, and drive alignment across conflicting requirements.
• Drive requirements definition and prioritization leveraging Agile/Scrum methodology and processes.
• Identify key hypotheses which need to be tested and define the appropriate testing methodology, experiments, and success criteria. Align with offering and service delivery teams and document the learning plan.
• Drive data analytics requirements, including opportunity sizing, product beaconing, post-launch data analysis, and prioritization on product improvements.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption and active use of capabilities and enhancements by offerings. Iterate on roadmap and plans to optimize impact and ensure goals are reached/surpassed.
• Vet solutions with QBL offering partners to get feedback early and often through the design phases, so that the solution is durable and flexible enough to scale across Intuit.
• Coordinate change management activities including defining training requirements, timing of pilot and product launches, and building training materials.
• Ruthlessly prioritize your team's backlog and working across teams, drive work in dependent areas.
• Proactively communicate frequently and clearly with other teams, stakeholders, and leaders.
• Direct responsibility for measurable business and customer outcomes. Desired professional experience:
  • 7+ years of full-time work experience, preferably with platforms.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple teams with a track record of successful execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions and storytelling.The ideal candidate would also have:
    • Extreme ownership in their DNA with the ability to flex as the situation demands, working boundaryless across the organization.
    • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders both internally and across business units.
    • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to establish and manage relationships and dependencies across time zones.
