Who You Are
Do you enjoy partnering with product and engineering teams to plan and organize? Do you consistently turn ambiguity into clarity, clarity to alignment, alignment to plans, and plans to solid execution?

This position is part of the TabaPay's Product and Technology organizations; and the Project Manager will work across multiple business and technical units within TabaPay to drive overall project success. Comprehensive day-to-day management of multiple, cross-functional, global software development projects will be required.
What We're Looking For
This position will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering & QA, Operations, Security, Implementation Management, as well as with all levels of management within the organization.
A strong candidate will have experience with technology project management, cross-functional team collaboration, and managing through influence, as well as communications, business analysis, problem-solving, cross-team coordination, project/program management, processes, and change management.
The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator or administrator, but is self-motivated, curious, and has a drive to get things done.
What You'll Do
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Supporting business partners during the Ideation phase
  • Driving requirements elaboration with business and technology partners
  • Managing technical project scope definition and understand project priority
  • Driving cross-functional planning and project execution with the technology teams
  • Developing and managing detailed baseline project plans
  • Driving, managing, and tracking projects through each phase of the project lifecycle
  • through to successful completion
  • Managing and communicating status, issues and risks with project stakeholders.
  • Publishing timely, accurate meeting notes
  • Manage project change requests and project priorities
  • Maintaining current project documentation
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in products and services this role supports, as well as becoming conversant with the high-level technology components that support those services
  • Driving team compliance with quality, security, operational resilience, and other non-functional requirements

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
    • 3-5 years specialized experience in project or program management in a technology organization
    • Previous working experience in software development
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification, such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe -) certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required
    • Expertise in JIRA required; with an overall familiarity with project management and reporting tools
    • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking
    • Excellent verbal and written communication

      The pay range for this position is $110,000-$125,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
