This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional technical teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of our hardware devices. The Hardware Engineering Program Manager will work closely with the product team, engineering team, and other stakeholders to define and execute project goals and deliverables.Your responsibilities:

• Manage the development and execution of hardware projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and requirements.
• Create project plans and manage project execution, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings and communications with stakeholders.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality hardware products on time and within budget.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
• Work collaboratively with Asia based vendors and CM.Your qualifications:
  • A ruthless ownership mentality: you like to own projects from start to finish, and require little direction on how to do so.
  • Push back: you like to challenge the status quo and drive things.
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware, at least 2 of which are in a technical program manager role.
  • Experience in an early stage startup environment is preferred.
  • Strong technical background with experience in hardware development and manufacturing.
  • Proven experience managing complex hardware projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
