Req: Bac deg in Lands Archit or a rel fie (for equi degr acce) + 3
yrs of exp job off. Pri exp must inc arch & lands des & cons met, +
bui & land cons det & met. Kno of per appl, clit mgmt, & rem cons
supe of the proj; comp soft Auto-Cad for lay dra, Rhi for mod ,
Lumion; unders of LIDAR data mod, QGIS, & extr of geo-topograph day
& know of const cost esti. Must be fam w/ US Const co, spec n Cali.
