The Intuit Developer Platform team at Intuit builds foundational capabilities that developers across Intuit use for building and running Intuit's flagship applications leveraging cloud-native technologies in a highly scalable, reliable, and secure manner. Ease of use along with scale and reliability are some of the key attributes of the platforms that this organization is responsible for. Intuit is a big believer of open source both as a consumer and as a contributor and actively participates in many open source communities, including CNCF, Istio, and GraphQL.We are on a journey to enable hyper-scale on both our systems and our development processes and are making fundamental technological shifts that will enable this journey. As a product manager in this group, you will have the opportunity to solve business-critical problems via leading-edge products, participate in the open-source community, and lead innovation within and outside of Intuit.We are looking for candidates who have extensive product management experience building platforms at scale and deep technical understanding of those platforms balanced with customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.You will work with other product managers on Intuit's overall - Development - Platform strategy with a particular emphasis on API Platform, to enable Intuit developers to build API as Products. You'll engage with key stakeholders of Intuit platform API and drive development of awesome developer experiences. • Define and lead API platform strategy. Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, and define product roadmaps and KPIs.
• Work closely with product managers and development teams across Intuit to identify and address gaps in driving the strategy.
• Serve as a product evangelist for API products both internally and externally by speaking at conferences, meetups, community meetings in SaaS space and bring external-in perspectives to how Intuit builds a highly scalable, reliable, high-performance platform.
• Effectively manage dependencies, priorities, and plans across different groups at Intuit towards consistent product delivery aligned towards common goals.
• Take a data-driven approach in prioritizing requirements, creating and communicating plans and roadmaps, defining success metrics to deliver impactful business results.
• Demonstrate customer obsession by being a champion for the user experience with deep customer empathy.
• Evangelize and create broad awareness for the Intuit API ecosystem with technical talks at both internal and external forums and customer events.
• Be customer-obsessed, acting as the voice of developers and Intuit's partners in creating and operationalizing world-class API platform.
