Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager III
Position DescriptionRole Title: People Programs Specialist Duration: 6 monthsWork Location: Mountain View, CA - Fully Onsite (Ideal) or Hybrid (Tuesday - Thursday in Office, Monday & Friday flexible)Work Schedule: Normal Pacific Time Business Hours, Monday - FridayProject Overview: We are a team working to rapidly decarbonize the electric grid. Our mission is to help create a shared understanding of what is happening on the grid for everyone who is involved in building, managing and using it. The team is multi-disciplinary, bringing together expertise in machine learning, computer vision, and geospatial analysis. What unites us is a drive for impact and willingness to look ridiculous. Learn more about Tapestry here ( Responsibilities: This role is part of the People Ops team that focuses on building programs that will support managers and increase employee productivity and culture that lead to successful business outcomes.
This role will program manage several people programs and have the opportunity to lean into project management and facilitation. This person will partner with a variety of business groups including engineering, sales and marketing, and other business functions and help enable our employees to unlock their potentials.Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Program manage and improve our Onboarding program end to endDrive culture and EID related programs and work with central Factory teams Analyze and run a Manager Development program, and identify opportunities and trainings based on team needsMandatory Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree5-7+ years of combined Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness/Org Development, Learning & Development, Onboarding programs, etc.Proven track record of collaborating on and driving People programs that move the organization towards success and are identified as a value add to the organization by key stakeholders. Examples include: internal mobility programs, performance management and enablement, org transformation/effectiveness, mentorship, leading and managing through change, and more!)Knowledge of Design Thinking methodology and experience with co-developing solutions with business leaders, managers, and People team peersExperience leveraging research and data to inform program and design decisions for People programsPassion for developing talent and building high-performing teamsDemonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and present thoughts clearly and concisely to senior leaders, managers, and team membersMay have experience facilitating training programs, talent & calibration conversations, team offsites, and other development-focused sessionsNon-Essential Skills/Qualifications:Creative production or creative assets / design skillsExperience with competency models, career ladders, development frameworks, and/or related tools and rolling them out to an entire organization; including managing change impacts and multiple stakeholdersCreating people / talent strategies
