Title: Program ManagerLocation: Mountain View, CADuration: 7 to 8 Months Project OverviewThe teams helps enable and transform work done by 1500+ employees, 5000+ vendor partners and external ecosystem to grow capabilities, build solutions, drive innovation & identify areas of efficiency within our operations and maximize ROI. Will play a critical role in enabling the growth of businesses by designing, developing, program managing and executing critical initiatives for the community, vendors and agenciesOverall Responsibilities:

• They play a pivotal role to various strategic initiatives within practice team to drive/ facilitate overall design, planning, program management and stakeholder management of these initiatives
• Stakeholder Management: They will actively lead and engage with leadership at all levels and critical partner teams to help socialize, prioritize, evangelize and operationalize these initiatives.
• Program Management: They would need to work closely with cross product and business teams, set milestones, track deliverables and influence teams to meet deadlines. Setting clear success measures and delivering them effectively is important to the success of this role. Top 4 Daily Responsibilities:
• Key initiatives that they will be driving include the following:
• Drive CO/MO solutioning for businesses (under tech) collaborating across PoCs and teams within Care and also working closely with central GTM teams
• Manage Platinum TS MoS by managing services within the Menu and also working with the core business teams to drive adoption
• Establish long term support channel for Cloud customers for their Ad queries Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
  • MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and execution skills
  • 5+ years of experience with a significant focus on digital marketing in an advertising agency or similar environment
  • Deep program management experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Google Ads knowledge along with strategic thinking focused on solving business challengesNon-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
    • Experience in data analytics and business intelligence
    • Consulting and/or business development skills
    • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence x-functional senior leadership.
    • Demonstrated diverse cultural understanding and comfortable working with global teams.
