Join our team on a contract basis, where you will be playing a key role in our client's strategic and operational plans. Location: Mountain View (3 days on-site) Project Duration: 3-6 monthsExperience:

• Over 7 years of experience in human resources management at the manager or director level
• 
  ---They will join an organization of 40 EEs that will likely increase to 60 if funding is successful
• An individual with experience building HR from the ground up, with a strong understanding and familiarity of California labor laws and regulations, capable of revising and revamping policies, and procedures, streamlining processes, and able to speak with the C-suite
• Experience performing gap analyses in order to identify what is missing, what needs to be improved, and what needs to be implemented
• Training and Development: Strong follow-through, especially when it comes to implementing new policies, training and development programs for the EEs, performance management, and improvement, etc.
• Performing day-to-day HR operations and execution: Comfortable with rolling up their sleeves to handle the day-to-day tasks: onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, recruiting if necessary, terminations (if necessary), employee relations, performance management, and advising leadership as needed.
• Ideal for someone who enjoys creating and coming up with different intangibles, such as creating a healthy and positive culture and organizing team building activities
• A personable individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high EQ, and a professional attitudeSoftware:
