A global tech company is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team remotely for a yearlong contract! Come join our Marketing Team as a Senior Marketing Manager leading Mid-Market Audience efforts for fast growing businesses. In this role, you are the business leader for the Mid-Market Audience supporting our financial services platform. You will develop marketing strategies that'll launch a holistic mid-market portfolio offering, delivering value to this new customer base and revenue growth for our Small Business Group. You'll work across the organization with internal and external partners to understand the Mid-Market customer, identify value pools, develop Mid-Market specific messaging and value propositions. You will be part of a team managing a portfolio of software offerings.This role is ideal for someone who views experiences holistically through a customer-centric lens, is data-driven and digitally savvy, loves balancing multiple stakeholders, and can switch quickly from strategic thinking to tactical execution to drive exceptional business results.   • Champion the voice of the customer and translate user insights into break-through GTM strategy and messaging that aids audience to switch from their desktop solutions to online solutions
  • Work across key channels including online search, web, direct mail, email, in-product discovery, and tele sales advocating for the Mid-Market segment with breakthrough B2B thinking and insights to acquire desktop users and transition online platform
  • Conceptualize campaigns targeting the customer funnel and lifecycle to accelerate acquisition, engagement, and upgrade/upsell
  • Track campaign impact and analyze program results to report on ROI - Writing well-articulated business briefs, driving GTM strategy & messaging direction
  • Be key contributor for large scale strategic initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners including Channel Marketing, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Product, Marketing Ops as well as outside agencies and partners
  • Own the business outcomes and communicate regular updates to leadership through ongoing forecasting, reporting and root cause analyses
  • Apply creative problem solving and analytical skills to provide ongoing insight into the business and make recommendations and decisions
  • Create project plans and lead cross-functional teams to execute go to market projects with excellence
  • Make go-forward recommendations and present and share learning and recommendations across the organizationQualifications:
    • B2B marketing experience for SaaS and/or Enterprise products
    • 5+ years brand management, channel marketing and/or marketing experience (technology preferred)
    • 5+ years of experience with mass media advertising, brand strategies and direct marketing including online advertising, search engine marketing, TV, Print and/or Radio
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders
    • Strong project management skills and demonstrated track record of operating independently and efficiently to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and to manage milestones and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Accountability for results, with a clear track record of taking ownership for leveraging analytics, partnering cross-functionally, delighting customers and driving dramatic growth through successful marketing strategies and execution Rate/Salary:
