As a Principal/Senior Product Manager, you will lead and manage the efforts to extend the award winning EdCast platform with innovative hybrid learning and eCommerce applications. As part of your role, you will act as an agent of transformation, working with the entire You will get an opportunity to shape a product from early stage and scale it up to serve the needs of thousands of enterprise customers. Your objectives will be directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, product adoption and customer satisfaction.This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management.Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and communicating product strategies
  • Shape product vision by working with management
  • Defining product roadmaps
  • Leading internal discussions. Aligning stakeholders
  • Manage a detailed list of the specific internal efforts required to achieve the product vision.
  • Representing the voice of customers. This involves: Working with the marketing and research teams to understand the customers.Developing an understanding of their specific pain points. Finding out about their preferences Brainstorming solutions that align with the pain points, preferences, and goals of their customers.
  • The PPM then has to communicate all of these findings to the stakeholders to develop a positive user experience. After all, the product is for the customers, and by becoming their voice, the PPM plays a huge role in the overall success.
  • Extracting Insights from performance Data. The principal product manager is also responsible for gauging the performance of the product management team. They take a data-driven approach towards problem-solving. This entails looking at the metrics (set while creating a product strategy) to see if all the teams are hitting their goals.
  • Work with the rest of the PM leadership team as well as overall EdCast to ensure that the solutions set delivers the highest value to our customers and collaborate with CSM and field organization to maximize adoption
  • Help ensure that supporting internal and external stakeholders are properly equipped to sell, implement and support Academy/Marketplace by supporting pre and post sales activities
  • Monitor, measure, analyze and report on key business and customer metrics and usage funnels, competitive and market dynamics, and innovations in the CLM space
  • Act as a functional expert for the product area

          • 5+ years as hands-on product manager
          • 10+ years of experience and Bachelor's degree OR 7+ years of experience and a Master's degree
          • Experience in Enterprise Cloud Software in Product Management or Product Strategy role
          • Background in enterprise B2C, B2B & Marketplace models
          • Deep experience in web technologies and SaaS required
          • Demonstrated ability to prioritize requirements across conflicting dimensions and to be clear on the minimum capabilities that matter.
          • Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills. Ability to identify patterns and synthesize disparate data into a coherent whole.
          • Strong written, verbal, presentation and communication skills. Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, patience, and energy.
          • Technical background in platform & integrations highly desired
          • A passion for usability and a knack for simplicity
          • Hands-on, willing to do whatever it takes to get quality products and features to market on time
          • Experience with Agile software methodologies
          • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
          • Experience in building and marketing HR management or employee learning technology products is preferred.
          • Collaborate with engineering, other PMs, product marketing, customer success, and the sales team to solve for business limiters within your control and pursue key business accelerants.
          • Understand customer and user needs in-depth; communicate those needs crisply and succinctly.
          • Work with design and distributed engineering teams to translate business needs into clear priorities, a compelling roadmap, and high-impact, innovative features.
          • Actively maintain a view of how the market, competition, and technologies change, and factor it, as well as feedback from internal groups and customers, into the product direction. Preferred Qualifications
            • 3+ years in learning tech, ed tech or ecommerce fields
            • Proven expertise and track record of creating high impact business product plans
            • Proven expertise and strong track records in defining and building highly differentiated solutions
            • Proven ability to cull actionable insights from data, and hands on experience working with and analyzing data
            • Desire to challenge the status quo, an innate sense of curiosity to try and learn, and comfort with failing coupled with ability to rapidly course correct
            • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills enabling the candidate to align strategy, customer need, research, data, and industry trends
            • Demonstrated ability to recognize issues that impact initiatives and communicate issues and roadblocks to senior team members in an effective and timeline manner
            • Strong communication skills and presentation skills - need to be extremely comfortable presenting to internal executives and stakeholders and external customers and managing customer expectations
            • Experience with a leading vendor of Enterprise Cloud Applications
            • Experience with leading AI-augmented Enterprise Cloud Applications
