  • Establish and host regular technical design reviews with engineering teams and build action plans to resolve key issues identified.
  • Consistently identify program risks and dependencies while working to mitigate and reduce exposure, and escalating appropriately to the executive team.
  • Coordinate and support onsite prototype builds and early stage production builds at contract manufacturers while working to track and resolve issues found during the builds.
  • Make decisions in order to drive progress forward, and pull in the appropriate teams to drive cross-functional decision making rapidly.
  • Effectively and efficiently provide regular communications to key stakeholders on program status, risks, and accomplishments
  • Set agenda for key decisions to be made at each meeting to eliminate bottlenecks and retire risks
  • Maintain supplier relationships throughout program executions, in collaboration with the Supply Chain team, to ensure proper supplier support and timely deliveries for development builds.
    About you
    • You are passionate about accelerating the adoption of renewables and improving our energy infrastructure, particularly through your ability to execute on ambitious program plans.
    • 3-5+ years of related experience with a strong track record of shipping products, and deep knowledge of the stages of a new product development.
    • BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
    • You have excellent communication skills at every level of the organization internally and with key suppliers and partners.
    • You are able to thrive in an ambiguous startup environment and effectively collaborate across teams and levels within an organization.
