We work with some of the leading companies in digital health, including Oscar Health, TruePill, Virta Health, and many others. As a Sr. Manager, Revenue Enablement at Health Gorilla, you will report to the Vice President of Business Operations on the Operations Team. You will equip the growth team with the training, tools, and support needed to exceed revenue targets. As an important member of our Revenue team, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve the effectiveness of Health Gorilla's go-to-market strategy.What you will do at Health Gorilla

  • Lead the design, adoption, and evolution of Health Gorilla's Sales Enablement Program for our Sales Executives, Sales Development Representatives and Account Managers
  • Manage all aspects of onboarding and ongoing education to ensure competency of sales processes, playbook use, and go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with sales, product and marketing to develop content related to product, market insights, and sales methodology
  • Monitor sales enablement indicators to provide data-driven insights around performance, program effectiveness, and growth opportunitiesWhat you bring to the role
    • 7+ years of increasing responsibilities in a growth-focused role such as sales enablement and operations, commercial strategy, business development, or learning and development
    • Demonstrated experience building, launching, and managing sales training programs
    • Work towards near term results, while strategizing processes that scale for the future
    • Comfortable reporting insights with a data-driven approach.
    • Passion and creativity for developing talent
    • Knowledge in sales processes and methodology, healthcare marketplace, and using Salesforce as a CRMWhat You Will Love About Us!
