FTE 0.8 Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours 64 Work Shift Day: 8 hours Job Description The Director Clinical Services will provide leadership for all clinical services at Concern. This position is responsible for planning and program development as it relates to EAP and mental health services. The director leads quality management, compliance with Department of Managed Health Care regulations and network recruitment, contracting and expansion. Key Responsibilities Quality management program including overseeing quality indicators, updating QM plan, presenting to committees, initiatives to improve identified quality issues.
National network development including gap analysis, provider recruitment and retention, qualifications compensation, and contract updates. Support expansion of first responder program and interface with leader ship in public safety organizations
Manage clinical staff, clinical consultants, provider relations coordinator and other staff as assigned.
Understand regulatory requirements, respond to requests from the Department of Managed Health Care, lead triannual clinical audit.
Provide skilled management consultations to top-tier customers addressing psychiatric emergencies, suicidal risk, substance abuse in the workplace, serious performance problems and employee relations issues.
Provide consultation and training regarding substance abuse policies and procedures. Work with SAP/DOT partner and respond to customer inquiries.
Interface with clinical partners including telehealth, after-hours call, coaching, access center and others.
Participate in RFP responses and presentations to prospects and large customers regarding clinical services, network quality and adequacy, crisis clinical response and continuity of care.
Provide skilled management consultations to top-tier customers addressing psychiatric emergencies, suicidal risk, substance abuse in the workplace, serious performance problems and employee relations issues.
Provide consultation and training regarding substance-abuse policies and procedures. Work with SAP/DOT partner and respond to customer inquiries.
Interface with clinical partners including telehealth, after hours call, coaching, access center and others. License/Certification/Registration Requirements Unrestricted license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D. or Psy.D California driving license preferred The Physical Requirements and Working Conditions of this job are available.
