--- With the setup leads, allocate personnel against the production
plan and determine if the plan is achievable
--- Negotiate with planning to produce an achievable plan if the
plan is not reasonable
--- Ensure that the necessary materials, tools, documents, etc. are
available for each activity in the production plan and showing up
at the right place at the right time
--- With the setup leads, monitor the performance of each operating
production activity or job
--- Intervene with those jobs when appropriate to bring them back
to production standards
--- Escalate production issues to Engineering and Sr. Management
when solutions to these issues are not within reasonable reach of
production personnel expertise
--- Review, analyze, and develop the production performance of
