The Mission Management Systems IPT (Integrated Product Team) Lead is responsible for the design, integration, certification and delivery of mission computers, software and communications systems. You will work closely with all interfacing IPTs including Vehicle Management Avionics, Remote Supervisor Station, Propulsion, EWIS and Passenger Systems.

The Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead provides project-specific cross-functional leadership with responsibility for planning, monitoring, controlling and reporting on all their team's activities. The IPT Lead is accountable for ensuring their team's objectives are achieved within the scope, schedule and budget allocation, and consistent with quality and technical standards.

You will utilize your technical and business acumen to drive program & technical decisions and set objectives to meet the program schedule. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the resources required to execute the program.
Successful candidates will utilize proven methods to monitor adherence to schedule and budget, manage risk, plan and verify product technical maturity, and ensure their team's technical delivery across all their products is at the highest standards.
