Our client, a leading financial software company, is actively looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team in Mountain View, CA!**This is a 15-month contract with the opportunity for extension or conversion**The Product Marketing Manager will join the Online Services Portfolio team and be responsible for leading business reporting and analysis to identify opportunities to accelerate performance for one or more product offerings.Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day business by understanding what is driving KPIs and business dynamics, projecting forward outlooks, developing plans to accelerate performance, and acting on course-correct when needed.
• Craft the narrative on business results and trends including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting, status reporting, and root cause analysis
• Understand business performance for activities such as marketing campaigns and product launchesQualifications
  • 5-7 years leading strategic or business performance initiatives and/or organizational change initiatives.
  • Product marketing experience or experience providing support to marketing teams (or similar functions like product teams) in an analytical and/or analyst role
  • Experience tracking, monitoring, and assessing business performance
  • Experience analyzing the trends of KPIs, especially relating to financial metrics and campaign performance, as well as, identifying the cause of any unexpected varianceApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
