Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Scaled Solution Project Manager. This is a 12 month + contract position and a hybrid opportunity.Description:

• The PCO PgM team manages strategic programs to evolve and mature these operations.
• The intent of this position is to assist the Scaled Solutions Tools Pgm as project mgr with a high profile, highly cross functional multi-year program (Flow). Responsibilities:
  • Work with business leads to define and manage business processes and technology roadmaps.
  • Manage change.
  • Implement new ideas effectively within the client culture.
  • Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.
  • Provide functional subject matter expertise.
  • Anticipate customer's needs. Interface with partners within and outside of client.
  • Gather and synthesize detailed, global business requirements.
  • Assess current and future business processes (As-Is and To-Be).
  • Apply analytical skills to rationalize change.
  • Leads brainstorming sessions to gather requirements.
  • Manage complex projects to major milestones.
  • Develop project justification proposals, business cases and return on investment estimates, prepare executive briefings and project presentations (ability to tell the story), obtain executive approval.
  • Conduct weekly project meetings.
  • Communicate project status Requirements.
  • Prior management experience a plus.
  • Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on creativity and relationships.
  • Project management skills with the ability to implement and drive projects forward while working collaboratively with internal and external clients.
  • Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Project management of some of the smaller scope projects.
  • Project management of projects related to project Flow.
  • Gathering &, if needed, writing requirements from cross functional stakeholders.
  • Driving projects through the SDLC process via hybrid methodology.
  • Communicating status to stakeholders.
  • Delivering delightful solutions to the user base. Requirements:
    • Degree not required but a plus.
    • 5+ yrs project manager and / or scrum master.
    • Experience working in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Experience creating project related artifacts (requirements docs, functional specifications, etc.).
    • Min 5 yrs. as a successful project manager managing software projects, specifically in IT or developing tools for internal teams.
    • Experience with SDLC, QA, UAT and general project management skills.
    • Experience working in a hybrid environment (scrum + waterfall).
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Salesforce, web-based applications.
    • Google Docs / MS Office.
    • Pgm s/w Asana, MS Project.
    • Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco).
    • Sense of humor.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp. Desired:
      • Experience with delivering internal tools project scrum master or agile certification.
      • Experience working on and delivering Sales Force projects.
      • Salesforce.
      • Hands on experience developing applications or websites would be a plus.
