strategic and cross-functional improvement programs by defining
strategic intent of programs and overseeing concepts by a
preliminary requirement or work order to its successful conclusion;
define the goals of these concepts in terms of scope, time, and
cost deliverable development to ensure project goals are met.
Manage the design, permitting, and construction of the project
through the use of established processes, experience, and
expertise.Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for
planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing
projectsPartners closely with Google's Tech Services team,
specifically the Lab Program Manager, to optimize process,
procedure and project deliveryDevelops ROM level project estimates
for funding approval based on project program documentsPrepares
agendas, develops and maintains master project budgets and
timelines for each project and project phaseEnsure the project
plan, scope, work structure, schedule, and budget are maintained by
all the involved parties (e.g. consultants, engineers, architects,
vendors, stakeholders, etc.)Selects and manages project team and
resources including subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and
partners through bidding and vendor selection processRegularly
monitor the progress of all projects by completing site visits,
tracking procurement activities and reviewing GC weekly
reportsConducts project meetings (including taking and sharing
minutes), tracks deliverables assigned in meetings, coordinates
project updates/reports and drawing reviews at conceptual,
schematic, design development and construction phases of
projectReviews and approves requisitions, change orders and
invoices associated with the projectOversees document preparation
and completion (e.g. contracts, close-outs, punch lists, etc.)Plays
a critical leadership, coordination, and communication role with
all stakeholdersAdheres to Google and C&W policies and
procedures, obtains necessary approvals, understands local
permitting processes and works with local building officials to
obtain permits, approvals and final acceptanceValue engineering
based on Google BOD, scope of work and solid understanding of
industry benchmarkingContinually seek and capitalize upon
opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client
relationshipsRecommends and assists with internal program and
process improvementsManages programs/projects that have higher
visibility to the clientCreate and evaluate project reporting;
provide timely and accurate project status reporting to internal
and external partiesAssists with strategic direction of the account
and internal program and process improvementsManage day-to-day
client interaction, relationship -and expectationsParticipate in
the recruiting strategies, interview new hire candidates and make
hiring decisionsProvides input for account reporting and KPI

Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline
preferred7+ years of project or construction management
experience5+ years experience with managing technical
infrastructure with respect to MEPSF systems preferredOr any
similar combination of education and experienceCertification in PE,
AIA, LEED, or CMAA preferredPMP certification or ability to
pursueSolid understanding of the construction industry,
terminology, codes, documentation, and design disciplinesStrong
knowledge of Google Suite (preferred)Proficiency with project
management tools (Insert Procore and Clarizen?)Willing/able to
travelStrong organization with proven leadership and interpersonal
skillsAbility to perform duties under deadline pressure in a
fast-paced, high volume environmentDetail oriented and
thoroughProven record of providing excellent internal and external
