Job Title Program Manager Job Description Summary The Program
Manager's primary focus is to support operational planning, space
and occupancy projects and workplace design within the Client's
real estate portfolio. The Program Manager is responsible for
contributing to the development of operational procedures intended
to increase speed to market delivery and client satisfaction. A
primary responsibility will be to collaborate with team members
from other service lines to guide delivery of space and occupancy
projects. Job Description Oversees facility space and occupancy
projects representing a specific business product area and
portfolio. Individual contributor responsible to: Serve as project
liaison for various internal and client partners, with a vested
interest in ensuring successful project execution Support the
planning and development of space and occupancy solutions to
address client business requirements through knowledge of building
construction and project management professions Serve as the
primary client contact for large or complex projects which impact
client business groups Provide operational and procedural support
to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established
departmental, building, and client means, methods, and procedures
In conjunction with Project Manager, develop migration plans and
sequencing of large group-level relocations Collaborate with the
Delivery Manager, Project Management, Facility Management and other
CRE team members on all efforts Contribute to project development
through advanced knowledge of planning and project delivery
services and project delivery skill set and knowledge of
construction requirements Act as change management facilitator to
transition projects from the planning phase to delivery phase,
maintain project goals and intent, identifying business or building
conflicts and keeping all stakeholders informed Generate ROMs and
detailed estimates in conjunction with the project management team
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Post-Secondary education in
Interior Design, Facility Management, Project Management or related
area 3 to 5 years of work experience in project management, space &
occupancy planning, move management, or facility management.

skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to
build strong relationships with internal and external partners to
deliver effective services Understands how to read architectural
drawings, concepts & designs Experienced in managing projects of
varied scope and complexity Structured meeting management Strong
written and verbal communicator Change management facilitator
Strong ability to convey needs of the PA Hospitality mindset -
client first / flawless execution Ability to identify and resolve
delivery conflicts Proficient in MS Office Suite or Google Suite
applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability
to multitask and prioritize Assumes ownership of requests in order
to ensure successful completion Strong attention to detail and
quality Ability to handle client negotiations and conflict
resolution This position requires that the employee perform
services for a customer at a customer facility. The customer
mandates that all service providers entering its facility be fully
