OverviewCome join the QuickBooks Marketing Team as a Marketing
Manager leading GTM efforts for QuickBooks Online Advanced. In this
highly collaborative role, you will contribute to the development
of the go-to-market plan for driving net-new acquisitions for
QuickBooks Online Advanced, working across marketing channels
(digital, sales, design, analytics, and research). We're looking
for a forward thinking, self-starter, who has solid experience
translating customer and prospect insights into go-to-market
strategy. You will likely have a strong background in B2B marketing
with excellent knowledge and experience across digital and sales
strategy and execution, project management, omnichannel campaign
orchestration and analytics. What you'll bring5+ years professional
experience in marketing driving go-to-market strategies. Bachelor's
degree required, or equivalent experience, MBA a plus. Proven
experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to
deliver amazing outcomes. Solid written and verbal skills to
communicate program objectives, develop creative briefs and share
results across the organization. Demonstrated high levels of
ownership, responsibility, initiative, and the desire to drive
significant, measurable performance results. Track record of making
principled, data-based business decisions balanced with experienced
judgement. Strong project management skills, analytical skills, and
attention to detail. Strong experience and success in turning deep
customer understanding into insightful market strategy and
execution that drives strong business results. Ability to think
about ambiguous or complex issues, leading to thoughtful
recommendations. Prior experience with propensity models a plus but
not required. How you will leadUncover new qualitative and
quantitative customer insights and leverage deep empathy to drive
decisions, recommendations and influence the product roadmap.
Contribute to 1-year plan development and execute programs in
service to it. Own growth metrics for revenue and subscriber goals
for net-new acquisitions and contribute to annual and quarterly
forecasting in collaboration with finance and channel partners.
Monitor performance metrics from channel initiatives (digital,
sales, accountants, and partners) in partnership with analytics
partners, to identify business growth opportunities and areas at
risk to ensure mitigation. Leverage customer, market, and
competitive understanding to inform go-to-market strategy and
execution across ecosystem, sales and digital channels. Own and
drive marketing programs and related analysis. Collaborate with
appropriate partners to ensure go-to-market strategy and messaging
alignment with plan delivery. Develop and communicate clear,
differentiated positioning, messaging through business briefs and
creative briefs to guide prioritization, creative development, and
strong marketing programs. Evaluate copy and creative execution and
provide constructive feedback to design teams. Experiment, by
developing clear hypotheses, and partnering with channel teams to
run A/B in-market tests, using data analytics to interpret test
results, rolling out test wins, and implementing improvements to
drive results. Understand and identify key success metrics for each
initiative and manage programs to meet/exceed goals. Drive results
by leveraging influencing abilities across teams for which you do
not have direct management responsibility.
