Acceler8 Talent is seeking a skilled, driven engineering leader with expertise in the physical implementation of large-scale networking ICs and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This company is a diversified group of chip/software/systems architects and developers who excel at co-designing hardware and software solutions. Their team has developed and deployed systems that handle more than half of the world's data center traffic. This role is responsible for the evaluation, selection, and installation of CAD tool flow for physical implementation, along with defining the major physical structures, such as the clock and reset architecture, the power distribution network, and the interconnect topologies. Requirements: Proven track record as a leader in the physical implementation of large, high-performance network switching/routing fabrics. Bachelors in Electrical Engineering 15 years experience or Master---s in Electrical Engineering 10 years experience Extensive knowledge of the most up-to-date CAD technologies across the full physical design workflow Deep knowledge and expertise of SystemVerilog Extensive experience with the execution of high-volume products.
