Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager to develop and manage our event strategy and execution for programs and events. The Operations Manager is an experienced event marketing leader who will lead operations for some of the company's highest profile events globally. - As an Operations Manager, you will develop and execute effective event/experiential programs for B2B events. You will be both an exceptional leader, experienced operations manager, and have stellar organizational skills. You will oversee all aspects of the operational functions including global budget management and team, program, vendor and stakeholder management and development. Not only do you help conceptualize and produce events, but you also come full circle to use your analytical skills to conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis to measure your programs for effectiveness. You will have a proven track record in producing large complex events/experiences and working with creative and cross functional teams.
Overall Responsibilities:


  • End-to-end operational -lead across company hosted, third-party and Industry events
  • As a Marketing leader, you are a fully dedicated business leader, helping to shape the future of the product. The role enables you to shape the global event process, organize the company's largest events from beginning to end, and form future marketing strategy.
  • Manage and represent events globally through annual and quarterly budget planning and strategy
  • Develop event strategy and vision while ensuring innovative event experience
  • Lead and develop event schedule and agenda with key stakeholders to ensure it aligns with the overarching product roadmaps, event messaging pillars, business priorities & executive vision
  • Manage cross-functional working groups and internal review and sign-offs including working group for compliance approvals -
  • Design and build key operational structures and processes to ensure the team works efficiently and as flexible as possible with cross-functional teams globally
  • Lead program management and - localization of these programs to regional audiences for both company hosted, third-party and Industry events

      Skill/Experience/Education:
      Mandatory:

      • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience -
      • 7+ years enterprise event management experience -
      • Proven and compelling Executive liaison, able to gain the trust and support from the senior most stakeholders -
      • Excellent written and presentation skills
