Overview

The Ecosystem and Lifecycle Marketing team in Intuit's Small Business and Self-Employed Group (SBSEG) is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager. In this role you will have the opportunity to help all our customers understand the value of QuickBooks' connected ecosystem of solutions and expert services inclusive of industry-leading products like QuickBooks Accounting, QuickBooks Payroll, QuickBooks TSheets, QuickBooks Live, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Capital, QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Cash. Work with cross-functional teams to develop more personalized customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity to drive short and long-term strategies to build awareness of the QuickBooks ecosystem. Be part of the team to innovate how we communicate the ecosystem by developing positioning of the platform/ecosystem as a whole greater than its component parts, crafting winning value propositions and messaging, driving ecosystem segmentation and targeting, and uncovering customer insights to produce massive customer and business impact.

What you'll bring

• 7+ years of marketing, business development or strategy experience, including bringing new offerings to market and driving revenue & customer Experience in fintech and/or product marketing is a plus.
• Strong track record to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
• Experience using data, design thinking and scientific methodologies to solve problems and articulate
• Proven success leading and influencing across diverse
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• BA/BS required, or equivalent work

  • Use segmentation to develop strategies and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans for the
  • Lead the creation of value propositions, messaging hierarchies and
  • Coordinate with other marketing teams to ensure seamless integration into the end-to-end customer
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, customer segments, and QuickBooks offerings to define market
  • Identify groupings of QuickBooks products that solve customer problems and partner with other teams to develop business cases for packaging these
  • Drive a relentless focus on customer needs by partnering with analytics and market research to unlock qualitative and quantitative insights to drive prioritization and influence product
  • Partner with analytics, research and business operations to define, track, analyze and report on ecosystem customer benefit
