As ACD Copywriter for Intuit, you'll help create culture-building experiences for a global audience of Intuit employees. From kick-off through production you'll be the managing copywriter responsible for copywriting that engages and inspires Intuit employees. You'll be hands-on writing copy for various projects and you'll manage the work of other writers as needed. The BSX team uses design thinking principles to create experiences our employees truly love. On this team, you'll play an integral role as a master of copywriting craft that adds voice to these experiences through the written word. And you won't do it alone. You'll join a team of cross-disciplinary creatives and strategists executing with the highest standards of excellence. The ACD Copywriter is part of the BSX copy team and reports to the Creative Director, Copy. What you'll bringWhat you'll bring: A world-class copywriting portfolio of original work that demonstrates your talent and expertise for writing and storytelling. We'd like to see examples that showcase your copywriting work across campaign/event ecosystems. Experience as an event/experiential copywriter and as a manager of others. A deep understanding of industry best practices for creating events as it relates to the copywriting craft. A collaboration mindset. As a hands-on ACD Copywriter, you'll be responsible for writing and managing the writing on your projects; and you'll be part of a core project team that includes designers, filmmakers, producers, and strategists. An audience-first approach to your writing. You'll use empathy and audience insights to inform your copywriting. An understanding of how to write within brand voice and tone guidelines while bringing fresh, creative thinking to your writing. A desire to write awesome copy that breaks new ground and brings world class experiences to life for Intuit. You may be a fit if: You have 8+ years experience crafting copy for end to end events and experiences within a branded environment, either in-house or on the agency side. You have 2+ years experience managing and directing the work of other copywriters. You are fluent in end-to-end copy processes from developing concepts to copywriting to delivery of error-free copy. You are organized, thoughtful, and can be counted on to deliver awesome at all times. You have experience with and are passionate about design thinking methodologies. How you will leadHow you will lead: This role is a combination of hands-on copywriting and managing external copywriters (contractors and agency) while leading the writing craft on experiential projects. Develop themes and concepts and then drive the writing craft through the end-to-end creation of assigned projects. Translate intent of creative ideas into copywriting direction, and review work in progress to provide guidance and direction throughout creative development. Open collaboration with creative partners. You love to solve creative briefs and bring creative energy and joy to concepting and development sessions. Not content to rest on last year's success, you are plugged in to culture and get excited by new technology and trends we can use to develop new experiences people will love. Participate in customer insight interviews to develop empathy for our audience and to fuel authentic storytelling. Understand how to connect with internal audiences and tell stories that galvanize and inspire employees around Intuit's culture. Collaborate within the Intuit copy team to help develop and evolve the Intuit Voice and Tone guidelines. As a writer and lover of words, you have an editor's attention to detail and take great care picking perfect words.
