global team.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a Lead
Incentives Program Manager who will oversee the design,
development, and ongoing evaluation of select Nike global incentive
programs and ensure alignment with our people, culture, and
business strategies! This individual will be responsible for the
design, development, and ongoing evaluation of select Nike global
incentive programs: Annual Bonus (PSP), Employee Stock Purchase
Plan (ESPP), and Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP), to ensure
alignment with our people, culture, and business strategies.Our
organization is made up of professionals with strong story-telling
abilities. Across a constantly evolving, ambiguous environment, we
need someone who can prepare and socialize materials for audiences
at all levels of the organization. We are searching for a teammate
with driven approach, who is team-oriented and self-directed. The
ability to think critically is a must.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONIn this
role, you will craft and deliver programs that empower performance
and are fully aligned with both the strategic plan and good
governance practices. Partner internally to evaluate the
competitiveness of programs and practices, improving local market
insights. Defining and interpreting dynamic analytics and
reporting, you'll enable agile compensation advising and decision
making. Build user-friendly documentation and tools to enable
clarity and consistency across programs, providing input for
preparation of annual proxy filings including the Compensation
Discussion & Analysis.In addition, this ideal individual will
assess the efficiency of compensation policies, guidelines, and
procedures, including plan participation, usage, and modeling of
ESPP share utilization & projections. Working internally to define
and develop reporting systems, internal review processes, and
audits, you'll drive strong governance & compliance of programs.
Develop and manage approved budgets for assigned programs as well
as supporting requests from senior management. During critical
moments in the fiscal year, this individual will prepare materials
for presentation to the Compensation Committee of the Board of
Directors. Externally, you'll lead vendor relationships and the
day-to-day administration of incentive plans. Overall, this is a
key role supporting the Total Rewards change agenda through the
development of measurable insights, recommendations, and
innovations.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThe Lead Incentives Program
Manager will work alongside the Global Compensation team and report
directly to the Senior Director of Incentive Pay. To ensure
programs, practices & solutions increase impact and efficiency,
you'll partner with teammates across the Total Rewards organization
as well as the Legal and Finance organization.WHAT YOU BRING
