That's what Specialized is all about. - Specialized is looking to hire a Product Manager of Roval Wheels and Components. This person is responsible for driving product and business results while leading and inspiring the product creation mission. This is a key voice within the brand that works cross functionally to build category strategies and execute at the highest level. Moreover, we're looking for someone to dream what the future of wheels and components is and to find a way to make it happen. Key Responsibilities

• Create product strategy and vision by representing the voice of the rider.
• Research rider needs and translate them into product briefs that drive engineering, costing, and line strategy.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of category managers, engineers, and project managers to build/execute the vision for Roval.
• Work with marketing to drive the go-to-market process and execute global activations.
• Financial and market trend analysis of current and potential new business.
• Set an example in the areas of professional conduct including work ethic, professionalism, continuous improvement, and factory relations Ideal Qualifications
  • Curiosity to continually find a better way, humble approach to teamwork, and a passion to aim for real innovation.
  • Clear communicator, self-motivated, and ability to thrive with ambiguity.
  • Solid understanding of development processes including timelines, manufacturing & delivery.
  • Minimum 3 years of Product management/marketing or product development experience or experience in the cycling industry, bike retail preferred.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to work with our global teams and manufacturing partners. 15-20%.
