The Opportunity

In this role, you'll translate our users' needs into our next generation of features and services. You'll expand the products and services available to our members by developing innovative co-development and integration collaborations with external partners. These collaborations are critical to providing what we call Hybrid Care, the combination of digital as well as in-person healthcare interactions, to drive superior user experience as well as exceptional health outcomes. You'll shepherd the end-to-end experience that supports members in their health journey, and lead teams through every phase of the product process.

Some of the product areas you may find yourself leading include: medication access and price transparency and/or access to nutrition and physical fitness programs.

If you're our ideal candidate, you have a 3-5+ year track record of hands-on, user-focused product management experience developing healthcare technologies that delight users and drive measurable user outcomes. Your products have directly contributed revenue to the B2C or B2B2C businesses where you've worked. You have built and launched new products from scratch and thrive on the challenge of finding product-market fit. You love solving new, high-impact challenges, and you bring passion, empathy, creativity and analytical insight to your work, your team, and your company.

This position reports to the Group Product Manager, Hybrid Care - Chronic Condition Management.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the strategic development and implementation of partnerships that extend Teladoc's Chronic Condition management programs
Foster and manage high-quality, durable relationships with partners that enable innovative collaborations and oversee customer research to validate partner integrations
Manage the process of technical integration with partners, as needed
Guide a cross-functional teams consisting of product management, engineering, design, data science, clinicians, operations, implementation, sales, and marketing
Use customer feedback, market trends, business initiatives, and data analysis to inform product innovation and roadmaps
Create and maintain clear, concise product briefs and requirements documents supported by market research, field input, user research, and product data, and then translate them into product specifications, epics, and user stories for engineers to develop
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, clinical experts, data scientists, sales, and other PMs to build new feature sets and enhance existing ones
Communicate progress on initiatives to various levels of the organization, including progress against goals and key product metrics
Identify and manage project risks and issues, including appropriate escalation to Executives as needed
Research the Telehealth ecosystem to understand trends and key players
Keep stakeholders involved by gathering input and communicating progress; demo and provide updates on new functionality and upcoming plans internally
Develop and/or assist with product launch messages, including web site content, product manuals sales training, customer meetings, and marketing/support materials, as well as related product training
Foster an environment that enables cross-functional teams to innovate, ask questions, learn quickly, and deliver extraordinary results
Participate in a culture of learning and growing

Candidate Profile
3-5+ years Product Management experience in cross-functional, agile product teams within the healthcare space.
Significant experience in other roles within the healthtech domain will be considered for candidates demonstrating fitness for the responsibilities described. (e.g. Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Implementation, etc)
The experience and insight to know what it takes to make a product development team hum, with specific examples of ways in which you've led successful teams
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Exceptional project management skills, with superb attention to detail. Executive presence - comfortable and experienced in presenting insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior leaders
The flexibility to quickly adapt and produce in a rapidly changing environment, meeting aggressive product launch schedules
Track record working in high-growth environments, and a comfort level with the pace of change and level of ambiguity that accompanies this
Ability to work independently. Self-starter, can-do attitude, ability to multitask and prioritize within and across complex projects
Strong relationship development skills - experienced in building and strengthening internal and external relationships over time, savvy at navigating negotiations and tradeoffs with current and prospective partners
Broad interest in healthcare innovation that spans digital, hardware/devices, and healthcare services

The base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $155,000 . In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2022. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
