Job Description:
SimpleLegal is seeking an experienced, innovative integrated
marketing campaign manager to drive demand generation and growth
acceleration for SimpleLegal's Enterprise Business. This position
is accountable for the Enterprise Business' lead generation and
pipeline building. The successful candidate will possess proven
experience ideating successful demand generation strategy
manifested in integrated marketing campaigns that utilize the
entire marketing mix. Location
- US Remote / work from home The Role In this role, you will lead
our demand generation strategy. You will create, manage, and
execute integrated marketing campaigns that broaden awareness and
generate greater demand for the Enterprise Business. Establish
marketing KPI/metrics, reporting dashboards, and insights-driven
reporting to support our SDRs and AEs. You will work closely with
Sales to build fiscal year and quarterly lead generation, pipeline,
and revenue goals. Responsibilities:
- Align with Product Marketing and other GTM leaders on ICPs,
market segmentation.
- Create Sales-Marketing interlock plans on lead, MQL, SAL, and
SQL goals.
- Design integrated marketing campaign plans that drive awareness
and demand for our Enterprise Business product portfolio aligned
with the Sales-Marketing interlock plan.
- Create and innovate. Develop integrated marketing campaigns
that stand out from run-of-the-mill everyday campaigns at other B2B
tech sector companies.
- Manage and execute the entire campaign cycle, including content
creation, implementation, analysis, and reporting.
- Leverage appropriate resources (internal and external) to
accomplish tactical tasks associated with customized landing pages,
e-mail campaigns, webinars, events, communications, etc.
- Develop a detailed strategy for generating and nurturing leads
at all stages of the sales funnel.
- Help establish a marketing systems stack to enable agile,
effective marketing performance.
- Leverage and manage Salesforce and email automation tools to
measure, track and analyze marketing performance.
- Communicate with marketing, senior leadership, and sales
management on an ongoing basis regarding new and nurtured lead
performance results, current initiatives, and course
corrections.
- Manage digital marketing channels and strategy; incorporate
into integrated marketing campaigns.
- Project-manage marketers while assuming some of the prominent,
critical responsibility of campaign execution.
- Partner with SDRs to ensure substantive lead flow, lead
quality, appropriate conversion rates, and messaging support.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in related area required
- Minimum 7-10 years of marketing experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Demand Generation for B2B
SaaS, enterprise-class software or technology company, with proven
ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
- Experience partnering closely with SDRs, AEs, SEs, AM/CSMs
- Highly metrics-driven with operational rigor
- Deep experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation
tools to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads,
conversions, and ROI
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to distill meaning
out of data and translate into actionable changes.
- Solid writing skills and public speaking and presentation
skills
- Must be a proactive leader that is collaborative in nature,
strategic and a resourceful problem solver
- The candidate must be a high-energy, creative problem-solver
that thinks about the business from a global perspective About
