Overview
The U.S. Online Accounting Go-to-Market (GTM) Team in Intuit's
Small Business and Self-Employed Group (SBSEG) is responsible for
growing revenue and market share for our range of online accounting
products. This team develops deep customer insights and product
expertise to define target customer audiences, winning positioning
and messaging, and GTM strategies while partnering with
cross-functional teams to execute. The team partners closely with
Product Management, Analytics, Research, Design, Finance and
Operations teams utilizing insights to inform product and
commercialization roadmaps. This team is responsible for both
in-year revenue and customer goals, as well as influencing strategy
for our 3-year plan. We are looking for a highly motivated and
collaborative team player to join us in driving GTM Retention
strategies for QuickBooks Online including pricing, product lineup,
business model innovation, and messaging to drive value for our
customers and business.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of product marketing or business strategy experience,
including launching and scaling new offerings to market, inclusive
of customer segmentation, managing cross-channel campaigns and GTM
execution
- Strong track record of leading complex initiatives/change
management and influencing skills in a cross-functional,
fast-moving environment
- Deep experience partnering with product, design, and analytics,
and utilizing customer insights to influence the direction of the
product roadmap
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with clear
examples of using data actively for customer insights, measurement,
ROI analysis and recommendations
- Qualitative and quantitative research and testing experience.
Must be comfortable partnering with research teams to design,
implement and field both qualitative interviews and broader
quantitative studies
- Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility,
initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable
performance results
- A/B testing experience with track record of making principled,
data-based business decisions balanced with experienced
judgment
- Strong experience and success in turning deep customer
understanding into insightful market strategy and execution that
drives strong business results
- Solid written and verbal skills to communicate program
objectives, develop creative briefs and share results across the
organization
- Bachelor degree required; MBA preferred, or equivalent
experience
How you will lead
- Leverage customer insights, competitive understanding, and data
analytics to unlock growth opportunities and influence product and
messaging roadmaps
- Actively analyze business data to generate insights and make
informed decisions that drive business results.
- Lead or co-lead strategic initiatives and discrete projects.
Develop clear action plans. Suggest relevant success metrics and
targets. Manage timelines and processes
- Contribute to 1 & 3-year plan development and execute programs
in service to it
- Use data and customer insights to deliver personalized
marketing and customer experiences
- Size & analyze opportunities. Articulate actionable
recommendations that drive business impact. Proactively identify
roadblocks and suggest alternative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Analytics, Design,
and Channel teams to create and deliver seamless customer and
partner experiences
- Leverage the appropriate learning strategies, including
qualitative and quantitative consumer research and A/B in-market
testing to roll-out experiences and creative that deliver improved
business outcomes
- Develop clear strategy briefs that translate customer insights
into impactful benefits and reasons to believe
- Evaluate copy and creative execution to ensure we're achieving
our strategic intent; coach others on developing and implementing
effective messaging
- Influence the product roadmap through close collaboration with
product management
