QuickBooks Platform team is investing in building a new team around driving the vision of a composable ERP strategy that supports multiple digital and differentiated business models enabling unconstrained growth fueled by smarter investment in technology to drive business transformation and digitalization objectives.

As the Group Product Manager for QB Integrations team to deliver durable integration capabilities and UX patterns to deliver a seamless E2E customer experience: Build an integration layer that enables connection between our QB platform (including first party services) with 3P apps to act as a "single" system (integrated data, frictionless handoffs & cohesive UX across multiple systems)

These will allow growing businesses to coordinate and automate work, never be caught by the surprise of losing money unexpectedly or a ball being dropped due to manual or complex processes. You'll lead a team of product managers and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers, marketers, customer care, analysts and researchers to deliver best-in-class product experiences.

What you'll bring

  • 8 + years of Product Management experience, preferably in the area of B2B SaaS companies focused on growth and innovation.
  • A proven track record of delivering on complex initiatives working across multiple teams and stakeholders, including facilitating alignment with roadmaps and teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and a track record of driving business value through effective product stewardship and data-driven decision-making
  • Impeccable customer experience instincts with a thirst for customer insights and the mental agility to drive experimentation and learning
  • Passionate about building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills - experience communicating product strategies and tradeoffs to diverse audiences, including the executive level
  • Proven track record developing and executing complex product strategy at scale, solving problems across organizational boundaries to deliver awesome user experiences and game changing solutions
  • Passion for creating an inclusive team environment, facilitating honest and respectful dialogue in a strong outcome driven environment
  • Experience building and adapting product teams in a dynamic environment - strong hiring, coaching and development of entry-level through senior product leaders
  • A bias for action and rapid experimentation with a proven track record of delivering results at scale that impact critical business metrics in the short and long
  • Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered); advanced degree a plus.
    How you will lead

    • Define a bold vision for delivering an integration layer, common across QB platform (including QB services like Payroll, QB Time, Mailchimp etc) and 3rd party tools which allows integrating data sources, frictionless handoffs and cohesive UXs across multiple systems.
    • Directly manage, develop, and grow a team of strong, passionate product leaders, championing our values of customer obsession and belonging in a high-performing environment
    • Partner with the business units, product development and design across Intuit to define the strategy, priorities, and share progress on the delivery and business impact of the platform
    • Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams - architecture, design, product development, program management, segment product management, analytics, and operations teams - to deliver scalable platform capabilities
    • Foster a culture of learning, applying data analysis, developing voice of the customer / expert insights, and using experimentation to guide our teams
    • Instill strong measurement and quantitative understanding of customer / expert experience (instrumentation) - opportunities, benefits achieved, customer pain points
    • Champion delivery and adoption of the Intuit Expert platform in a standard and consistent manner across Intuit offerings
