In tackling the hardest problems, we believe that working together will produce better solutions.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned, high-performance leader that can drive marketing-led demand generation activities and fuel growth globally through innovative campaigns, as well as tightly executed field and channel marketing activities. The candidate will have deep experience in all aspects of demand generation campaigns, including in account-based marketing (ABM), and be capable of orchestrating omni-channel campaigns to drive pipeline at scale. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.What youll do (Duties and Responsibilities):

  • Develop and execute global demand generation campaigns to drive marketing-led pipeline growth targeting security, privacy and compliance buyer segments for mid-to-large enterprise segments
  • Be the owner of the lead funnel, taking full accountability of leads and conversion, working closely with marketing automation and operations, product marketing, business development, sales and channel organizations.
  • Drive pipeline predictability and scale with a focus on high growth rate and high conversion metrics with very compelling ROI
  • Drive planning and execution of the companys participation events, webinars, tradeshows and other in-region activities that could be virtual or in-person
  • Own the budget spend for global demand generation, with the KPIs that are derived from the investment as well as inventory for marketing assets, swag and tradeshow material
  • Be adept in building replicability and portability of campaigns and assets, driving global scale and local relevance
  • Create processes to build feedback loops on best practices and learnings
  • Conduct joint activities with ecosystem partners, channel partners and thought leaders from time to time RequirementsWhat youll need (Basic Qualifications)
    • Background in leading a global thought leadership and demand generation organization with responsibility for campaign definition and execution across the entire funnel
    • Ability to define the ideal customer and partner profiles in executing targeted campaigns
    • Experience in scaling field and channel marketing activities globally partnering closely with the seller organizations to build regional pipelines
    • Domain experience in targeting the CISO, and other security practitioners is a plus
    • Experience in managing global teams working across time zones
    • Deep knowledge of conceptualizing and executing a variety of digital and physical marketing activities
    • Ability to come up to speed on changing technology landscape, pain points etc. in the security buying center
    • Ability to negotiate with and bring the right 3rd party vendors to the table for go-to-market initiatives
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). At least one other international language would be a plus.
    • Track record of beating demand generation targets while adopting creative
    • Collaborative mindset with a no-excuses approachPreferred Technical And Professional Expertise

      • Analytical thinking and data driven approach
