As a Learning and Development Program Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing and implementing learning programs, facilitating training sessions, and supporting other key strategic program initiatives with a strong focus on the development of our Trust and Safety organization. You must be deeply passionate about learning and you are excited by the opportunity to manage and deliver unique programs to support a rapidly growing and broadly distributed engineering organization.You'll act as a a consensus creator, and a strategic thought partner for the Trust & Safety team. Your exemplary organizational and interpersonal skills will drive prioritization and efficient execution of multiple global training projects that are aligned with TnS organizational strategy.Your role will also help maintain clear communications across global offices and different functions. If you are passionate about learning, training, project management, high-level thinking, and on-the-ground execution, this is the role for you!What will I be doing?--- Own and drive multiple high-priority training projects focused on global T&S impact.--- Lead project scope, schedule, deliverables, quality of all critical items, taking appropriate and/or effective action as needed in timely manner.--- Anticipate and manage project resource needs.--- Assign, delegate, track, and perform key project tasks from inception to completion.--- Ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.--- Improve global programs, processes, and procedures for optimal efficiency.--- Anticipate leadership needs and provide high-level executive administrative support.--- Create and leverage a trusted network of key internal stakeholders to tackle strategic challenges.--- Collect best practices from projects and share with T&S colleagues.--- Develop, track and report on metrics measuring the efficiency and impact of learning programs, using data to make recommendations on continued or new training opportunities.--- Implement learning programs, facilitating training sessions, and support other key strategic program initiatives.--- Build, implement, and improve best in-class T&S onboarding solutions, delivering high-touch and detailed solutions.--- Partner with cross-functional business partners across various functions including Talent Development, Recruiting, DEI, and internal T&S business functions.--- Collaborate with business leaders on individual team capability and skill development needs.QualificationsWhat should I bring with me?--- 5+ years experience within a Learning & Development program/project management, preferably in Trust & Safety or a comparable technical field.--- High level of capability in the following areas: organizational effectiveness, virtual facilitation, employee development, and virtual training design.--- Understanding and/or certification of the following frameworks; Design Thinking, DiSC, E.Q. and E.C.--- Current, in-depth knowledge of Learning & Development best practices and trends, combined with a willingness to think outside the box.--- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.--- Expertise in navigating within ambiguous situations, with high levels of autonomy.--- Highly organized with the ability to skillfully manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders.--- Highly adept at cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.--- Exceptional RQ, i.e. superb interpersonal and influencing skills.--- Highly entrepreneurial self-starter capable of driving forward fast-moving projects.--- Proven ability to rapidly identify problems, thoroughly analyze them, and deliver pragmatic solutions.--- Skilled in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and actionable data.Even better if:--- PMP Certification--- DiSC Certified --- Design Thinking Certified TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
