Should You Accept This Challenge
Oversee and track the project intake, planning, development, and execution of cross-functional transformational and/or transactional projects under the company's project priority review board
Build, drive, & enforce project management governance, processes, project plans, schedules, budgets, and templates to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Work with cross-functional senior leadership teams for deliverables while managing relationships with business unit Stakeholders and Steering Committee Members
Review projects and partner with IT, Finance, Product, and Operations teams for transformation of company wide initiatives including digital strategy and enterprise architecture
Think strategically about issues leading to recommendations and maximization of ROI
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts and business impact to team members and leadership in a manner that is readily understandable and actionable
Create KPIs and identify key metrics of success to measure project statuses against
Setting quality control standards and tracking implementation
Manage and solve scope creep, change management, and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
Debrief at the end of each project or program launch and incorporate feedback into Lessons Learned
Requirements:

8+ years of effective program management experience
2-3 years of management experience
Requires strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
High proficiency in program and project management methodologies
Requires slide deck preparation and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
MS Office and/or G Suite experience required
Smartsheet (or Project Management tool equivalent) experience required
Project Management certifications a plus
Lean Portfolio Management or Lean-Agile experience a plus
Understanding of Go-to-Market lifecycle and interactions a plus
Understanding of IT/technical project lifecycles a plus
Experience with cross-functional, transformational projects
Proficient technical background/career to be able to converse in standard storage industry terminology
Ability to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions and best practices
Can-do attitude
High attention to detail
Team Player
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
