    • Experience working in program management on cross-functional projects
    • Knowledge of financial performance frameworks to track and report against budgets
    • Ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders, executive leadership teams, managers, and peers

    • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills About the job As a part of the Google Play Partnerships team, you will work to build and scale a partner support vendor operations team, providing strategic expertise in all procurement efforts involving product and services consumed. You will establish operations, streamline business processes in a compliant and sustainable manner. Our team provides meaningful solutions - from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners. Responsibilities
      • Manage execution and operational performance of the vendor workforce (e.g., services, deliverables, quality, timeliness, operating needs, etc.). Manage project goals and milestones.
      • Work with stakeholders and teams to achieve utilization of resources and execution of projects (e.g., planning, execution, tracking, etc.).
      • Identify and manage strategic projects to solve business issues by working with stakeholders, managing communications, and overseeing milestones and timelines.
      • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and vendor relationship management activities. Maintain regular dashboards for reports and updates and communicate these to stakeholders.
      • Identify service and process improvement opportunities across goals (e.g., quality, productivity, timelines, etc.).
