    We seek a digital marketing leader who is one part content strategist, one part producer, and one part creative director with a passion for storytelling through social media channels. The ability to concept ideas that drive the assets-short- and long-form content, video, and infographics-is key to success, along with an ability to leverage data to measure and optimize results.

    Join the Brand Experience team where you'll lead the charge in social media to help scale the channel, tap into tech trends, and bring our sports sponsorships and promotional campaigns to life.

    In this high-visibility role, you'll oversee all Pure Storage primary handles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram) and work with regional teams to operationalize social media in a global capacity. You'll be responsible for planning and producing world-class creative and driving global strategy aligned with teams across Creative, Field Marketing, Partners, PR, and external partners.

    Your responsibilities:
    • Drive strategy, planning, and publishing of content across the Pure Storage social platforms
    • Develop high-performing dynamic social creative to engage and drive demand
    • Deliver creative copy tailored to the platform, audience, and campaign
    • Produce and oversee video production that plays well in social channels
    • Identify best practices to increase creative efficacy and efficiency
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and launch campaigns for awareness and affinity
    • Build the scorecard for reporting against KPIs and to drive direction and program optimization
    • Oversee social moderation to develop transparency across channels and teams
    • Inform and inspire global marketing to contribute to social efforts and build strong channels
      • Curiosity and a zeal to explore trends and insights which can inform content and campaigns
      • 8+ years of marketing experience: digital, PR, social, content
      • Ability to think strategically and execute with a disciplined, methodical approach
      • Excellent understanding of B2B brand strategies in the digital/technology space
      • Experience creating and executing global campaigns to grow audiences and deliver results
      • A keen eye for detail and creative excellence
      • Skilled in using data and metrics to measure impact and drive direction, including advanced social measurement know-how in listening, monitoring, and boosting visib
      • Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure the best outcomes
      • Total team player with a work hard, play hard mentality
