Minimum qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 4 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, and the advertising landscape. * Experience working with executive stakeholders (i.e. Director level and above). * Experience developing internal and external communication strategies. Preferred qualifications: * Experience with business-to-business (B2B) marketing. * Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity. * Ability to balance competing priorities. * Ability to think strategically, execute, problem-solve, and utilize resources. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Passion to continually learn and expand skill set. About the job As a Program Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to manage the strategy and execution of key programs aimed to build advocacy and fuel the role of agencies in driving digital transformation. You will showcase the power of agencies working together to drive business results across advertising formats. You'll develop an annual plan to spotlight Agency leadership throughout the year and at tentpole moments (i.e., speakers, visual stories, videos, and Op-eds) on our platforms. In this role, you will work across Marketing and partner directly with Sales to develop and execute these programs to drive advocacy and impact with priority agency customers. Know the user. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself. Responsibilities * Manage the strategy and execution of our Agency Lighthouse Partnership program that engages a select group of Media, Creative, and/or Performance agencies to work on a common brief using our Google Ads Products. * Develop a pipeline and activation strategy to feature Agency Leadership (i.e. featuring priority C-Level Agency customers) throughout the year with Op-eds, Visual Stories, and as featured content at tentpole moments (i.e., CES, GML, AdWeek, etc.). * Partner with Sales to identify agency customers to feature and partner. * Manage relationships with customers, vendors, agencies, industry partners, and a wide range of functional groups within Google (i.e., Marketing, PR, Sales, etc.) to launch programs. * Measure, optimize, and evolve programs to increase impact.
