  • Lead the NortonLifeLock N360 Shared Services vision and strategy that aligns with the global business vision and key stakeholders
  • Manage the ongoing development of the platform and offerings within an agile framework, ensuring that realistic, achievable milestones are set, communicated and tracked
  • Create and deliver business cases for all major NortonLifeLock shared services initiatives, including those related to product licensing, single sign on (SSO)/ login, digital communications platform, and more
  • Deliver Value by developing and enhancing products - you will align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Own the entire product lifecycle including discovery, analysis, test and learn goals, MVPs, user stories, sprint execution, launch, and iteration. Develop systemic feedback loops to drive clarity on product iteration
  • Collaborate and partner with the other cross-functional pillar product managers (Security, Privacy, Identity), Legal, Engineering, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to align the roadmap and priorities within the larger team
  • Manage the product roadmap and use agile best practices (e.g. build, groom and maintain a backlog of epic level user stories in support of the roadmap and key business value drivers, work with scrum teams to make sure requests are clear, etc.)
  • Prioritize work, create clarity and lead decisions on end-to-end solutions, including addressing any prioritization issues
  • Identify interdependencies and pro-actively problem solve with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Communicate, coordinate and influence a range of stakeholders, including senior management, business line leaders, information technology and finance teams
  • Drive strategic discussions for new ideas within the team and across a diverse group of internal stakeholders Qualifications:
    • BS/BA in computer science, MIS, business, analytical or related discipline. MBA preferred
    • 3+ years of product experience shipping great software effectively driving prioritization and navigating tradeoffs; ideally with a platform focus
    • 2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as business leadership, marketing team, product managers, engineers, UX designers, data scientists, across multiple offices and time zones
    • Customer/user focus and have a "can do" attitude
    • Product Analytics experience is preferred
    • Ability to define long-term business strategies while driving impact on short-term product goals--
    • Strong oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on creating and delivering concise and persuasive presentations
    • In-depth knowledge of product roles operating within an Agile/Scrum environment, including the ability to write clear epic level user stories
    • Prior experience developing an understanding of customer needs with a track record of solving their problems and being able to achieve results in a culture that favors collaborative decision making
    • Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
    • Strong cross-functional and collaboration skills with an ability to influence and communicate with Senior Leadership effectively to achieve clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts
