The Project Manager will handle content creation projects for the Specialized University program. This role works directly with our content creators and program leads, and cross-functionally with product, marketing, and brand managers.. HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Lead role in planning, monitoring, controlling, and finalizing Specialized University's projects. Analyze and align project scope with available resources, brand initiatives, and budget. Work in alignment with Global Marketing, Product Marketing and/or Program Managers, Public Relations and other internal groups that are partners. Collaborate with a diverse set of teams to plan, develop, and complete educational content that support new product launches, rider support and services. Develop timelines, processes, and workflow to produce assets, continually revising to meet changing needs and requirements. Establish, communicate, and implement project management standard methodologies across the content creation team for performing tasks. Develop and implement efficient internal communication strategies with markets. Facilitate meetings and effectively communicate project expectations to the involved team members and stakeholders. Ensure project related documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately. Deploy educational assets to markets, globally.
